1. Guidance on customs formalities:An important aspect of international shipments are the customs regulations, stipulations and peculiarities of the particular countries involved. We provide you with expert advice and guidance on Nepalese customs regulations, which can be complex and cumbersome for non-diplomatic shipments.

2. Tracking of Shipment:We monitor the progress of the incoming shipment until arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal. Sea shipments are transported by land from Kolkatasea port in West Bengal, India to any part of Nepal. For air shipments, we collect the delivery order from the airlines upon arrival of the shipment at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal.

3. Customs Clearance and Storage:Our customs representative negotiates duty and valuation of the goods with customs officer before clearing the shipment through Nepal customs at Kathmandu airport for air shipments and at Indo/Nepal border customs for sea shipments. The client must be present in Nepal at the time of arrival of the shipment. If required, the shipment is then stored at our secure warehouse until delivery.

4. Delivery and Unpacking: Employing our fleet of vehicles, the shipment is delivered to its final destination accompanied by our supervisor. Our crew unpacks the goods, performs assembly if necessary, places them in right spots, and removesdebris from the premises.

5. Insurance Claim:In case your goods are damaged during transit and you need to file an insurance claim, we will assist you at every step and make the process as smooth as possible.

Note: We also handle destination service for automobiles from Kolkata port, India to any part in Nepal. Automobiles are transported either in a container or driven by experienced drivers.
